Hi Christian,

First of all, thanks for your quick response.

Well, in the example given, the former. However, that's a bit trimmed down
from reality. The problem is, that the dump/restore is (shortly to become
'was' in view of your comments) part of our normal deployment scripts for
RB and last time they ran, this happened, but we didn't look to closely
into it until users started reporting errors on some of the reviews.
Unfortunately by that time other users had already made comments etc on
other reviews. So, yes, I can make the problem go away by restoring the DB
from backup prior to the dump/load cycle. However, that loses the work done
since that point.

I was hoping that if one can understand what the original problem was, one
can create a recipe for fixing up the DB once it has already gone through
this dump/load cycle without losing any of the work.

However, if that's not possible, then I just have to restore and bear the
beating. Do you think there's any way to recover the DB?

Cheers,
Seb
