Hi Harish, RBTools 0.7.2 is very old. Can you try upgrading and then try again?
I'll also need to see the full debug log, plus the command line when posting the change. Also, I noticed the "$file_name" and "$prev_revision" in the output above. Did you manually put that there in the output?
