I want to love ReviewBoard, I really do. It is nice to finally have an online tool in place to facilitate the process. However, not being able to get email notifications working is a non-starter for us. Currently, we either have to yell across the room or slack a dev when a request is submitted or altered.
I wish there was just a simple switch to turn off whatever it is that's causing ReviewBoard to not work with Office365. I've been experiencing two errors. One is where I get the message "5.7.62 SMTP; Client does not have permissions to send on behalf of the from address", and another (which seems to be the only one now) that is silent. I don't see any errors at the console, but the email doesn't get sent, which leads me to believe it's getting send and received by Office365, but the server isn't passing the email along to the recipient. I wish I could just turn it off and have all emails sent by our "do-not-reply" email address, which is what we use for trac, and it suffices. We will probably continue to just yell across the room, but I'm also looking for other products. The next one on the list to try is SmartBear Collaborator.
