Hi Niall, How many review requests do you have in the database? The current version of Power Pack doesn't do much with small databases.
For Power Pack-related issues, you can e-mail [email protected]. It'll notify us and we'll get to you much sooner. Power Pack trials and licenses come with premium support for Power Pack features.
