Hello,

KDE have been using ReviewBoard for years (git.reviewboard.kde.org) but are
now preparing an all-or-nothing transition to Phabricator.

I'm part of a small group of developers concerned with the loss of all
review history when the RB site is disconnected and archived offline.

What options do we (as in "mere mortal users", not the RB admins) have to
limit these losses? A migration tool would be ideal of course but I haven't
found any evidence that such a thing exists.
I've tried to figure out how to download some sort of archived/archiveable
version of my own review requests but there too I haven't found any
indication that this is possible with existing user tools.

How big would the maintenance pressure (and potential security risks) be to
keep the RB service running in read-only mode, e.g. with authentication
disabled?

Thanks,
René
