Thanks Christian.  I believe that was my problem.  I was using the --parent 
option.  I just tried again and it looked like it worked.  I thought I 
tried this without the option originally and then added it to see if I had 
better results but apparently not.  If I manage to reproduce the issue 
without the parent option, I will rerun the command with the --debug option 
and create the bug report.  Thanks again!
