Sorry for the late reply. We don't have the same guaranteed response times
on here that we have on the premium support address.

To migrate over, simply copy the site directory and the entire database
(using mysqldump, assuming MySQL) from one server to the other. You can
them upgrade or install the ReviewBoard packages and run 'rb-site upgrade',
and it'll upgrade the older site directory and database. You don't need to
first install 1.7 on the new server. Our upgrade stuff will do the right
thing.

There are official RPMs on RHEL that you can use. These are maintained by
Stephen Gallagher, and are released shortly after our own releases. They
have the advantage of working out of the box with SELinux on RHEL. However,
be sure not to mix Python and RPM installs of Review Board or its
dependencies. If you go with one method, you'll want to stick with it. (We
can of course always help if you need to transition for any reason).

To display PDF thumbnails, you simply need to install Power Pack. It
shouldn't depend on any system packages.
