Cannot load DB dump

rb-site manage <path> loaddb dumpfile.json

I epxected it to attempt to load the DB dump. Instead, it errors out like this:
usage: rb-site manage /foobar/my_site loaddb

[--pythonpath PYTHONPATH] [--traceback] [--no-color]
rb-site manage /foobar/my_site loaddb: error: unrecognized arguments:
