This is generally not a bug but rather an issue either with the state of
the repository or with the state of the branches being posted. The general
cause is a diff being generated that ends up referencing parent revisions that
are only in the local repository. The circumstances are going to be very
different between Git and Mercurial. I'd recommend reaching out on
[email protected] instead.
