The review board log file is on the server (if you're not the server
administrator, you'll have to ask them to help).
The javascript console can be opened in various browsers through the
developer tools menus.
On Chrome: Tools > JavaScript Console
On Firefox: Tools > Web Developer > Web Console
Open it up, reproduce the bug, and see if there are any errors listed.
