What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add new Repository - Repository Type Subversion and uncheck Publicly
accessible and add couple of users and save
2.Now open the newly added Repository and try to include more people and
click on save
3.An error at the top of the page 'Please correct the error below. ' will
be displayed
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Add users to existing Repository to should add the users.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
