What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right click "Post review" from p4v on a changelist
2. Go to the "View Diff" page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to see the diff, however I see this:

Error: The patch
to '//labview/branches/2013/dev/source/objmgr/genericmgr.cpp' didn't apply
cleanly. The temporary files have been left in '/tmp/reviewboard.RbfAc5'
for debugging purposes. `patch` returned: patching file

What operating system are you using? What browser?
