It's already been flagged with build_id_differences_only: https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/prime-phylo.html It appears to build reproducibly in our bullseye tests, where we don't vary the build path, so most likely you are correct; something build path related. This most likely needs to be fixed at the toolchain level and there may not be much you can do in this package. live well, vagrant
