While there are hacks to count the total number of times a periodic reminder will trigger, Remind itself has nothing built-in to do this and it never will, sadly, because of how the trigger computations are done. Tim Chase's solution works for your example, but if you have a list of arbitrarily-spaced reminders, there's no shortcut.
