This commit fixes a variety of user-visible UI bugs in the new GHNS
dialog that's shipping with Plasma 5.18, and it would be nice if we
could squeeze it into Frameworks 5.67 so all the people upgrading to
Plasma 5.18 see the dialogs in its polished-up state immediately.
