Well drop releasing a package within the Applications 19.08.X cycle can't be done, because we guarantee no depdendency change within one life cycle. That also means you can't depend on a Frameworks version that was released after 19.08.0. With this double release you make sure, that people you managed to build Applications 19.08.0 can build 19.08.X. sandro
