@Fire, we understand that this is a problem for you, but we are unable to fix it as currently we have very little to go on. Since this bug is not present on every installed version of Ubuntu, it follows that there must be something in your system, either hardware or software (perhaps even BIOS) that is preventing this feature from functioning properly. If we're to fully diagnose this problem, then you're going to have to visit one of the support sites mentioned above and seek help finding a solution. The solution suggested on these sites will help us determine precisely what is wrong.
