i am just "user" in this case, but this is not duplicate to 675903, because
this feed is related to
Empathy
whereas 675903 is related to pidgin.
The point is, it is not solved in Empathy also in Lucid Lynx, if
downloading latest version 2.30.3
I can definitly confirm, that described switch off of SSL works also on my
machine(s) with 32 and also 64 bit version of Lynx.
So i can not confirm to daqron, that it does not work on 64 bit system ! It
definitly works also there.
Therefore please deploy an update for all the other poor :) users of Lucid Lynx
