I have bzr branches which have updaded slovak aspell dictionaries: lp:~pali/+junk/aspell-sk lp:~pali/+junk/aspell-sk-ascii
Ascii branch has modified debian/rules script to generate ascii version of dictionary (without Slovak chars ľščťžý...). It use package cstocs.
