Irv, I think you use old version of the Linux kernel. This driver needs at least version 2.6.35 (Ubuntu 10.10). I have compiled it with 2.6.36 too. I have no access to the system with 2.6.32 kernel to see what changes may be needed to use keucr on it. So i suggest to upgrade your system in order to use card reader (or you can try to compile Moblin vesrion, see link in message #37).
