to reply to the previous questions: - the python issue is bug #587534, I didn't add it to the changelog though since it's not likely it will be confirmed to work on lucid since we would need a python update triggering the issue first to test it - the versions scheme has already been discussed, the version in maverick is -1ubuntu<n> now so there is possible conflict - thanks for reviewing the upload ;-)
