Then follow this link to download ogre-plugins-cgprogrammanager: http://packages.debian.org/sid/ogre-plugins-cgprogrammanager The package links are at the bottom of the page. As other comments in this thread note, an internet connection is required for the ogre- plugins-cgprogrammanager package to configure itself.
