Hi,
since the new version of JSContact profile document allows for formally
limiting the enumerated values of a JSContact property included in a
profile, which enumerated values the "rdap" JSContact profile should limit?
Here in the following some possible constraints:
- Card.kind must be limited to "individual" and "org"
- NameComponent.kind must be limited to "given" and "surname"
- Phone.features must be limited to "voice" and "fax"
- Link.kind must be limited to "contact"
- What about the values allowed for AddressComponent.kind? Limiting its
values to those matching the EPP contact postal address information
(i.e. "name", "locality", "region","postcode") would limit the range of
postal address schemes the JSContact spec can support. Also, could the
"country" value (i.e. the country name) be omitted since the countryCode
property is already included in the profile?
