It covers IPv6, because the underlying "ip" endpoint in RDAP supports both IPv4 and IPv6. The specification is in terms of addresses and prefix lengths only, so it will work in the same way for IPv6 as it does for IPv4. We could add IPv6 examples, but because there's no functional difference in how the different types are handled, we don't think it will be of much use to the reader, and the existing IPv4 examples take up quite a bit of space due to the hierarchical nature of the operations.
