Folks, There are only two presentations scheduled for our Friday technical meeting, totally 20 minutes. We do have quite a few documents on our Existing Work and it would have been a good time to advance this work in the remaining 1 hour 40 minutes.
We’ve had several successful 2 hour technical sessions in a row so hopefully this is just an anomaly. As we all should know, cancelling meetings at the last minute is something Area Directors consider when reviewing second session requests. Please keep this in mind for next time. Fortunately, if we stick to our proposed, allotted time for the Administrative agenda, we’ll have 25 minutes available on Tuesday. Giving each of the technical presentations 10 minutes we can just get them in to the Tuesday meeting. With that you will shortly see an updated agenda and Chair Slides for Tuesday, and the Friday meeting will be officially cancelled. See you all tomorrow, local time!
