My plan is to get it reviewed by an I18N expert in its current
form. I'm pushing to get that started this week. I'd like to
either get it going in its current form, or have a clear set of
changes that will get it across the finish line.
As to whether we need another WGLC, I'm basically going to
compare the result of that process to the version that was put
through the first WGLC, and make a recommendation based on that
delta.
I'd really appreciate discussion of my suggestions from November. Will send
a reply to that message in a moment.
