In fairness to Mario, I should own up to speaking about non-western postal address issues in the past on-list and at the microphone, and as an RIR person.
I think Mario would have been entitled to assume that meant we expected to use them or did use them. That I am not involved in the adoption or use of RDAP any more, means I can't comment to their relevance. But, in times past I did advocate a view this was important.
