Hi all,

Given some of the past mega-threads on RDAP extensions, Jasdip and I
put together an I-D explaining how RDAP extensions work. The I-D is
meant to be informational and defines no new behavior. However, it
does pull together the RDAP concepts around extensions from the
various RDAP RFCs and makes more explicitly clear some of things that
one might have to "read between the lines" to understand.
