I'd be curious to know which registries are actually supporting this, and how they deal with issues such as
* what response to generate if the various commands demand different responses (e.g., when an <info> is sent along with a <check> or a <poll>)
* what response to generate in case of partial success (e.g. if the <create> succeeds but the <update> does not)
* how to decide which of the commands the <extension> elements below them should apply to
