Same here. Some use cases of this draft is related to a class of people that 
would not be by themselves consulting the RDAP servers but instead rely on 
their organisation IT infrastructure and services to get the appropriate data 
from the appropriate place and then use it to further search within their own 
databases for cross-checking. The end-user would not do the RDAP query but 
would get the digested version. Hence an application accessing the RDAP server 
not a browser.
