Hi all,

We have posted a preliminary agenda in the meeting materials for IETF 113.
We still have some minutes left on our 1 hour agenda, so last minute requests
can be sent to the chairs before 14 March 2022.

The chairs will both not be present in person in Vienna during IETF 113.
We would like to get a sense of who will be in Vienna for the meeting, in case
any in-room issues may occur.
If you plan to be in Vienna, please let the chairs know.

As you may have read, in-room queuing and presentations will be dealt with
trough Meetecho for this meeting, so make sure your device is working when in
Vienna.
If you are presenting and have slides, please send them to the chairs before
20-03-2022 EOD, so we can upload them in the datatracker and people can prepare.

We are also looking in advance for a minute taker. This is now a relatively
simple task in Meetecho, just adding the questions and answers in the already
prepared template with the pre-populated agenda. If you volunteer (please) let
the chairs know.

regards,

Jim and Antoin
