Hello,
please find RFC7484-bis. Intent is to push it to Full standard status together with updates to RFC7482, 7483. This update contains:
- fixes to reported RFC Errata on RFC7484
- comments on TLS1.3 from Patrick
- comments on identical response from Gavin
- updated references.

Waiting for comments.

Would like to see it adopted by the wg so we can push it for Full Standard.

Abstract:
   This document specifies a method to find which Registration Data
Access Protocol (RDAP) server is authoritative to answer queries for a requested scope, such as domain names, IP addresses, or Autonomous
   System numbers.
