Is it even possible? Since the space of all possible names is
near-infinite, you need a "standard" fee for names that you did not
envision, such as bad06b5cdec0b14542c99c371d757e31.example.

OK, you can have "algorithmic fees" (higher fee if in a dictionary,
lower fees if length > 30 characters...) but it does not cover all
cases.
