yeap. also NAPTR was also discussed.
I'm unaware of any HTTP clients that natively use SRV records (there
may be some, but its far from the norm). To me, "neatly" is in the eye
of the beholder. :)
and Andy summarizes the issues that were raised with those DNS records,
specially in sandbox environments like within browsers.
