Upgrading gcc, cpp, and more.

How should I do to upgrade gcc, cpp, libgcc, gcc-c++ and binutils? When I try to upgrade one rpm tells me it needs previously the other ones upgraded to the same version, and I can't find any one of these packages that upgrades without the others to begin work. I'm stuck in a circle.
