You can do it one of two ways...nowadays, starting with 7.3, there's also the "ip" command, which works very similarly to Cisco's IOS ip command.
In fact, it works better for systems that might be doing firewalling, as iptables doesn't really seem to like to reference ethx:x interfaces in the firewall rules.
