Yes, I'm sure there is. Compile a kernel with NTFS support, then mkbootdsk using that kernel should be close to being there. If you just want to access the NTFS partition for whatever reason though, may I suggest: http://www.nu2.nu/bootdisk/ Depends what you want to do with it ofcourse.
