just an aside... I have Win2K and WinXP both FTPing to my server. The easiest way I have found to do this is to "Add Network Place". Follow the wizard and Viola...no cp, no dir or ls, just drag and drop goodness. It's a bit slow to connect and somewhat clunky, but it works for me.
