Hi All,

I have a RH 72 server for which I would like to create a custom bootdisk
using rdev. The following are the steps I performed:

rdev bzImage /dev/fd0
rdev bzImage 49152
rdev -R bzImage 0
dd if=/boot/bzImage of=/dev/fd0

I need this bootdisk for using Parition Image for Linux, the standard
bootdisk (from partimage.com) does not work on my machine. The above
are instructions from partimage's website, when I use the disk I get the
following error:

invalid compressed format (err=2)
  --system halted

The boot process hangs right there. This is the first time I am using
rdev and haven't understood completely the way is works, I didn't find
the man page helpful either.

Thanks

Tinu
