Hi,

Its nothing to worry about, it just means that someone has not set-up 
some domains correctly, in the last line for example the domain 
neo.RR.com is delegated to 65.24.0.169 but that server is not 
authoritative for that zone.
There is nothing you can do about it unless you know the admins of 
those domains.
