Hello,

I am not familiar with the 'LABEL' designation in fstab in RH7.3. I want to
set the /raid mount to /dev/md0, the software raid device. A drive was
added after the initial install, but now the mount point to the original
/raid is different. Can I change the /raid to /dev/md0 without any problems?
Or is there a more appropriate way to accomplish rebuilding a raid and
adding it to fstab? By the way, what is the 'LABEL='? Is this for
journaling and ext3?

LABEL=/                 /                       ext3    defaults        1 1
none                    /dev/pts                devpts  gid=5,mode=620  0 0
LABEL=/home             /home                   ext3    defaults        1 2
none                    /proc                   proc    defaults        0 0
none                    /dev/shm                tmpfs   defaults        0 0
LABEL=/raid             /raid                   ext3    defaults        1 2
LABEL=/usr              /usr                    ext3    defaults        1 2
LABEL=/var              /var                    ext3    defaults        1 2
/dev/hda6               swap                    swap    defaults        0 0
/dev/cdrom              /mnt/cdrom              iso9660
noauto,owner,kudzu,ro 0 0
/dev/fd0                /mnt/floppy             auto    noauto,owner,kudzu 0

Many thanks in advance,

James D. Parra
