Hi,

Redhat 7.X disables by default services like rlogin,rsh because they are
insecure, is a better option if you use SSH to copy files (scp) or log in
(ssh)

If you need to enable the rlogin/rsh services, you can edit the files
/etc/xinet.d/rlogin and /etc/xinet.d/rsh and change the line 
disable=yes to disable=no and restart xinetd service.
