If you want to use kickstart for FTP based installs, you'll need to use
the bootnet.img file, rather than the boot.img file.

Also, you can produce a much shorter ks.cfg by installing and using the
'ksconfig' package.  You'll be able to select the groups of packages you
would like to install, rather than the individual packages.

Don't post your root password on the internet, even in what you think is
a secure, encrypted form.  Go change them  :)
