I have the bridge comming up and the STP protocol is in the forwarding state instead of disabled. I still can not ping the other network though and I don't know why ... no packets are being forwarded by the bridge.
I do get the macs of the computers and router from the other side of the bridge in my mac table so I don't know what is going on. Does anyone have any ideas?? Can an interface that is bridged be used as a standard interface as well or can it only be used as a bridge interface?
