We used to use Ghost here as well for doing this, but after it trashed some partitions - we've stepped away from it. You obviously don't have a problem, so I won't harp on Ghost, but you may want to give Drive Image a go if Ghost doesn't work for you. It's stupendously slow compared to Ghost, but I find I never get trashed partitions any more.
