I can't figure out where the default route gets set up in 7.2. For whatever reason I didn't get prompted to setup networking during the install, so I set it up manually. From the looks of it, ifup uses the GATEWAY and GATEWAYDEV env variables set in /etc/sysconfig/network to do this automatically, but it isn't working.
