I want to load tomcat4 as a daemon on bootup of my RH7.0. However, in order to load tc normally, I need to issue the command:
ulimit -s 2048 (sets the stack size?) otherwise it fails to load (Sun supplied the suggested workaround). It loads ok manually but not when run in runlevel 3, and I suspect the ulimit command is the problem.
