It's basically the same as what you'd do on an xp system. - insert drive - fdisk /dev/hd{whatever} - mkfs /dev/hd{whatever} - vi /etc/fstab - insert your drive to automount - mkdir /mnt/{whatever} - mount /dev/hd{whatever} /mnt/{whatever}
