Sendmail HELP!!

Hello everyone. Please get back to me as soon as possible with this one. I just installed 7.2 on a new server here at work, and I can send mail out, but I am not receiving anything. In the mailq of the sending machine, I'm getting "Deferred: Connection refused by hostname". Please let me know what I have to do to fix this!   Thanks again, Jake
