 That's obvious, because they don't use the name RedHat. Although I am curious 
about the "RedHat basedness" and if they may call it such...

 What struck me as particulary odd is the fact that the letter states that by 
using the name "RedHat" Phillips is "infringing Red Hat's intellectual 
property rights". Since when has a trademark anything to do with intellectual 
property rights? And what kind of lawyers does RH hire who use "intellectual 
property rights" in such a context? Maybe RH should explain the GPL to their 
lawyer.
 All in all I think this behaviour stinks >:-(.
